QR Verified comes with a lot of different features. Pick and choose which ones are best suited for you and your application while easily being able to disable features that arent relevant for you.
Digital Time Card
A simple and effective digital time card that is GPS verified based off of the location. The app includes an embedded geofence that is customizable to ensure accuracy and accountability.
If a user attempts to clock in or clock out outside of the geofence perimeter, the app will prompt the user to provide a reason. Additionally, if a user attempts to change the clock in or clock out time an additional prompt will ask the user to provide a reason for altering the time. An optional feature for the digital time card is an alert notification that can be sent to managers in the event a user is outside of the perimeter or adjusts the times.

Managers can view the submitted time cards through the app or export them via email. Both options allow managers to view the clock in and clock out locations GPS stamped on a map as well as view any alert notifications and comments.
Message Board
The message board has two solutions for users to communicate within the app. The first is a group chat in which all users assigned to the same location can access. The second is a private direct message.

Forms
An embedded stock incident report allows users to quickly complete and submit the form. The comprehensive form asks all the pertinent questions and provides an area to attach photos to the report.
Also included in the app is a stock maintenance request form which allows users to prioritize the request, collects pertinent information about the request and attach photos of the damage to the report.

If neither stock form is usable, managers have the option to create a custom form. The app can create a custom form that uses multiple Question & Answer formats.
A common use of the custom form is an "End of shift report" where managers can ask specific questions related to that particular business operation.

Forms are automatically saved where managers can view them on the app or export them via email. The forms can be sorted and exported individually or as a group.
Reports
Managers will have access to review time card reports, completed incident reports, submitted maintenance requests and QR scanner reports.
Reports include all the pertinent information which was submitted by the user as well as view the the GPS locations of all signification actions, view any attached photos or comments and ready any alert notifications and comments.
All reports can viewed on the app or can be filtered and sorted, then exported individually or as a group via email.
Emergency SOS
An Emergency SOS feature is included within the app. An emergency button is present on every screen that users can activate to notify other users on the account of an emergency. Users who have GPS enable and notifications turned on can submit a quick notification and attach comments to all users on the account.
The notification will provide the name and description of the emergency as well as the GPS location of the emergency.
*This notification does not notify first responders. Dial 911 in the event of any emergency.
Check Lists
Managers can create custom checklists for users to complete. These checklists can be used in conjunction with QR codes or completed independently.

Checklists can be customized and used to do things such as conduct inventory, complete instructions or finish assignments.

Bread Crumbs
This feature when enabled will track and record the physical location of users who have clocked in until they have clocked out.

A report is automatically generated and saved. Managers can view the report to view the route taken during the shift as well as user movements.
