HOW IT WORKS
QR Verified is a business efficiency tool for business owners, supervisors, property managers and security services.

By using QR codes, managers can create tasks or provide guidance and instruction.
Users will scan the QR codes and receive the information provided by the managers. As a user scans and completes tasks, information such as the GPS location, date and time as well as any additional comments are automatically stored.

Managers can access the reports to view the users name, date and time, GPS location on a map as well as any comments or photos the user attached.
Applications
Business Owners
Business owners can place QR codes inside or outside of the business for tasks to be completed. The tasks assigned are fully customizable. Some examples include, "Conduct product inventory" "Clean the restrooms" or "Organize showroom floor."

Supervisors
Supervisors can place QR codes inside or outside for tasks to be completed. Some examples include, "Conduct inspection of fire extinguisher and first aid kit."

Property Managers
Property managers can place QR codes in each multifamily residential apartment unit or single family residence.
​
Tenants can scan the QR code to initiate communications with property managers and submit documents such as maintenance request, incident forms or annual inspections.
Security Personnel
Security managers can place QR codes throughout a property and assign tasks to each code. The option to provide specific instructions such as "Confirm all doors are closed and alarm is armed" or basic instructions such as "Conduct foot patrol of the parking areas."
